Khukuri Rum’s new packaging to be a major step in revamping brand image!
After 62 years of establishment, Nepal Distilleries announced a major decision to revamp its brand by changing the packaging of “Khukuri Rum”. The newly packaged rum is set to be available in the market after Tihar and Chhath.
While the updated package is yet to be revealed to its audience, the company firmly believes that the new package will not fail to appeal to its customers. As per Nepal Distilleries, the production of the earlier package of Khukuri Rum has been discontinued a month ago.
The decision to change the packaging of the rum comes after a pivotal move by the company to revamp its brand image in collaboration with Leo Burnett . Leo Burnett, one of the acclaimed ad agencies in the world, took a role of re-launching Khukuri Rum through innovative communications including robust digital strategy in the global market.
The beloved rum of the Nepalese has been gaining popularity in the international market owing to its name “Khukuri”, which symbolizes the bravery of the acclaimed Gorkha warriors. The reactions of domestic and global audiences to the new packaging will certainly be intriguing to witness.
