Khukri Rum discloses its new packaging
Nepal Distillery disclosed the new packaging of Khukri Rum on Friday at a special launch event in Kathmandu. Among the attendees of the event were a number of distinguished VIP guests and media personnel. Several loyal audiences of the alcohol from around the world attended the event virtually as well.
Owing to the famous weapon yielded by Gurkha soldiers, Khukri Rum is a manifestation of bravery to many loyal customers from around the world. After 6 decades of operations, the decision to upgrade its packaging is a strategic move to reinforce the identity and perception of Khukri Rum as a premium liquor produced in the Himalayas.
A statement issued by the company mentioned that “Khukri XXX Rum’s new look was fashioned to encompass Nepal’s rich heritage and traditions and to embrace and reiterate Khukri’s proud history and origin “From the Top of the World.” Although the new pack comes with new features and additions, the consumers can be rest assured that they will find the same old taste and blend that they have been enjoying”.
