InnoCSR to help Nepal manufacture eco-friendly bricks
InnoCSR, a South Korean company, has signed a new agreement with two Nepalese brick manufacturer companies; Eco Brick and Shiva Sakti Home Decorative. Eco Brick already specializes in producing compressed soil-bricks. Under the agreement, the Korean company will share its eco-friendly soil-based brick making technology.
The COVID pandemic has heavily stressed Nepalese brick manufacturing, as companies face labor shortage, shutdowns and disruption in global supply chain. Towards that, the agreement is expected to help speed up brick manufacturing in Nepal while reducing greenhouse emissions. Likewise, Sam Yoonsuk Lee, CEO and Founder of InnoCSR is hopeful that partnership with Nepalese brick manufacturers will help Nepal increase productivity while cutting emissions.
InnoCSR’s technology makes use of a special social stabilizer that allows to make industrial quality bricks without firing them. So, under this technology, the manufacturer does not need to burn soil to produce quality bricks!
