Influencers, Agencies and Fans congregate for an interactive event
Influencer Meetup-Beta was hosted by Sunway College Kathmandu on 7th September 2022. The program intended to gather 30+ influencers from different platforms and different agencies under the same roof to interact with each other and establish connections between each other. Our estimated influencers presence was 25 where we achieved above the expected mark. The program successfully fulfilled its objective. Overall all the influencers did seem to enjoy the event. This event was supposed to be the first beta version of influencer meet but the event turned out to be better than expected. We also provided the opportunity to interested influencers to set up a stall.
Not just meetup and conversations, the organizers arranged various performances from students and artists to keep the environment entertained and playful. The event not just acted as the meetup between influencers and agencies, but also as a meet and greet of influencers and their fans. The program also had multiple photo booths for influencers and fans to meet and capture memories. The fans created a handwritten message and notes for their favorite influencers to share their emotions, impact, and inspiration of them in their lives. To ensure security amongst the influencers and agencies from any possible dangers, members of Nepal police were present in the venue.
Many influencers reconnected with others and got acquainted with the agencies. All the guests enjoyed the event and had a great experience. Positive feedback from various influencers like Eva Giri, Ashwin Neupane, Sreani Khatiwada and agencies like Infinity Digital Agency (IDA), Sherchan Consulting, Elance, etc meant that the event was a huge success.
