Students compete for SWOT Analysis of Shine Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited
Shine Resunga Development Bank, one of the leading development banks in Nepal has successfully organized Shine Business Presentation Competition Season 1. The team of Promise Rai Bantawa, Priyanka Aryal, Sumit P. Kashaudhan and Prasansha Adhikari, the BBA-BI students of Kshitiz International College was announced as the winners of the competition on Kartik 4, 2079 through a formal program in The SR Hotel, Drivertole Rupandehi Nepal. Similarly, the team of Ganesh Subedi, Kriti Neupane, Rakshya Shrestha and Santosh Neupane, BBA students of Lumbini Banijya Campus was announced as the First Runner Up and the team of Santosh K. Bishwakarma, Omkar Mishra, Gudiya Agrahari and Nisha Gupta, the BBS students of Kapilvastu Multiple Campus was announced as Second-Runner Up respectively.
According to Mr. Pravash Rai, Head of Branding for Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited, the winners were rewarded with a cash prize of NPR. 15000, Trophy, Gold Medal, Certificate of Appreciation and attractive gift hampers. Similarly, the first runner-up was rewarded with an NPR. 10000 cash prize, Trophy, Silver Medal, a Certificate of Appreciation and attractive gift hampers. Likewise, the second runner-up was rewarded with an NPR. 5000 cash prize, Trophy, Bronze Medal, Certificate of Appreciation and attractive gift hampers. The competition was supported by One Square Consult as a visual partner, a Butwal-Based startup company with a focus on online marketing services.
52 Management Bachelors Level Students from 11 colleges of Rupandehi and Kapilvastu districts participated in the Shine Business Presentation Competition Season 1 where students demonstrates their business, presentation and research skills to the panel of judges in the topic “SWOT Analysis of Shine Resunga Development Bank” on September 16, 2022, in the Central Office of the development bank.
The 11 participating colleges were Axis college, Aims College, Butwal Model College, Butwal Kalika campus, Butwal Multiple Campus, Siddhartha international college, Axis College, Lumbini Banijya Campus, Crimson College of Technology, Sai Global Collage, Kshitiz International College and Kapilvastu Multiple Campus.
The Campus Chiefs, Principals and Campus Coordinators of each participating college were also present in the Winner Announcement program. Addressing the audience of the program, Mr. Lok Raj Paneru, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Shine Resunga Development Bank shared that the primary purpose of organizing this competition was to provide all of these students with a glimpse of the corporate/business world and better prepare them for future employment and entrepreneurship opportunities. The purpose was solely to empower the youth and the participating students as a part of Shine Capacity Building Programs. He further added, Shine Resunga Development Bank is committed to introducing and organizing similar programs in the future.
