Digital Literacy Initiatives – Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Ltd.
Digital Literacy Initiatives was conducted around 7 branches of Kathmandu Valley as part of corporate social responsibility of Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank where Segway vehicles were parked stationary in crowded areas or were used to roam freely as the drivers looked for potential customers. They distributed the bank’s brochures mentioning its products and services to potential customers.
It was conducted by collaborating with Project Media Management Pvt. Ltd. around major branches- Satdobato, Satungal, Basundhara, Kumaripati, Bhaktapur, Tinchuli, Thamel. The riders encouraged general public to know about the digital services as well as products offered at Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank.
Showing the brand existence, the bank has definitely increased awareness regarding digital products and services offered. It was a great platform for the bank to showcase their digital literacy initiatives. Furthermore, the bank is also going to conduct the same around its other 8 branches which includes- Sukedhara, Gongabu, Baneshwor, Nayabazar, Maitidevi, Dallu, Sankhamul and Sano Bharyang.
